Everything I share, from posts and reels to stories, captions and comments, is general information about kids' health. Every child is one of a kind, so the right care for yours is best worked out with a clinician who can actually see and examine them.

Please never skip or put off getting care because of something you saw here.

I'm not your child's doctor online

I wish I could help every family one-on-one! But following, commenting or messaging me doesn't create a doctor–patient relationship, and I can't give personal medical advice here. I might not see every message, either.

Your pediatrician knows your kiddo best, so please take your questions to them.

I never share anything that could identify my patients. Any stories I tell are general, blended together, or have the details changed.
